Wazdan has expanded its US reach by obtaining a lottery interim igaming supplier licence in West Virginia.

Receiving this approval allows Wazdan to bring its games to players throughout the Mountain State, marking an ‘important step’ as the casino game supplier continues its expansion in the US, following its debut in New Jersey earlier this year.

Considering the New Jersey debut, the firm states that many of its games, including Sizzling 777 Deluxe, Lucky Reels, Space Spins, Power of Gods: The Pantheon, Magic Stars 3, Magic Fruits Deluxe, and Relic Hunters and the Book of Faith, have proven popular with both players and operators.

Wazdan maintains its focus on North American expansion, with licencing applications ongoing in Michigan and Pennsylvania.

In recent months, the gaming supplier has also gained a Greek licence and Belarussian certification.

Michal Imiolek, Chief Executive Officer at Wazdan, said: “The US market continues to hit incredible heights and it’s a market we’ve already enjoyed some success in. Gaining our West Virginia licence is an important milestone for us, and we’re extremely eager to see what we can accomplish in the state.

“With so much more on the horizon for us in North America, it is a hugely exciting time for Wazdan, and we look forward to achieving even more in the US.”
