The Oregon Lottery has signed an ‘exclusive agreement’ with DraftKings to confirm the gaming company becomes the official sportsbook provider of the lottery.
Under the provisions of the agreement, DraftKings Sportsbook will replace the current Scoreboard app, with the transition set to begin on January 18.

Addressing customers of the Scoreboard app, DraftKings confirmed that, after the transition, those who have funds in the old sportsbook app will be able to create a DraftKings account and transfer their existing funds to its app.
Furthermore, Scoreboard customers will still retain access to information from the old app, including transaction histories, account information and the withdrawal facility for six months post-transition.
Committing itself to responsible gaming measures, DraftKings stated that Oregon bettors can access built-in tools, such as deposit limits and cooldowns.
This is the second exclusive deal that DraftKings has signed with a state lottery in recent times after penning a deal with the New Hampshire Lottery in 2019.
